Warranty-
Refunds / Exchanges-
Not happy with your order? GRT will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit if initiated within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. Please note that 'on sale' items are final sale and aren't eligible for returns/exchanges.
To qualify for a return-
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, & pouch included)
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days for an exchange!
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed. Any items damaged or tarnished after wear will not be refunded.
Any shipping fees associated with the return or exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer. * If needed, a prepaid return label will be provided and cost of postage will be subtracted from the credited amount.
Original shipping fees, and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
Lost or stolen packages-
Gemz, Ringz & Tingz is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen while in possession of shipping carriers or after the package has been marked as delivered.
Packages lost due to customer submitting incorrect address or missing apartment numbers will not be refunded. In the case that package is returned to us, we will reship the order once received.
